Aon supports Ericsson with the assessment of leadership talents

The multinational network and telecommunications services provider Ericsson outlined the importance of global consistency when highlighting a new process it has introduced to assess for leadership talent. It invested in streamlining its competency framework and assessment approach to enable a standardised, objective and more efficient promotion process by creating a matrix of competencies required and assessment approach. This has resulted in annual internal cost savings with regard to assessor time and resource as well as an uplift in quality of candidates promoted.
