Talent Assessment: How We Address Accessibility Concerns in Online Assessment Processes
As part of our strong commitment to developing instruments for all users, regardless of the challenges that they may face, we design our assessments – and our assessment processes and platforms – to be intuitive and engaging.
We take into account the very specific needs of those with disabilities or who need to be accommodated during an assessment process. We implement interface design that is candidate-centric and scalable, as well as being in tune with the latest in user interface design technologies and industry-accepted guidelines and principles.
Thanks to feedback from our users and developers and also input from industry-recognized accessibility auditing firms, we keep up to date with shifts in interface design. We work continuously on improvements and to certify and develop our processes.
This document presents a high-level description of our approach to accessibility methodology. We have incorporated the principles laid out in the accessibility guidelines of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 into the design of our user interface and processes.
