Henry shares how they implemented an assessment process that infused AI and video interviewing with digital readiness assessment, to create an engaging process that enabled diversity and was an indicator of performance in the role.
He explains how Ocado have moved quickly into assessing candidates with AI thereby helping to reduce the number of candidates going through to an in-person interview while also preserving the integrity of the assessment process.
Henry discusses the outcomes that the new process has had on the Ocado recruitment team and also shares how the candidates are finding the process. He also offers some tips on how to get started with using AI in the interviewing process.
