In the U.S. only 3 in 10 women are projected to be financially on track to retire at age 67. Women will need more money to fund their retirement because their lifespan is, on average, longer than men. But women aren’t saving as much because they continue to earn less than men on average.

The retirement savings gap can be addressed in 3 ways, one of which includes addressing systemic issues that contribute to the pay gap. Watch the video to learn how employers can help their employees enjoy a more secure retirement.
