Sally shares how they implemented an assessment process that infused Aon’s situational judgement questionnaire chatAssess with Digital Readiness assessment, to create an engaging online process that enabled diversity and was an indicator of performance in the role.
She explains how M&S then implemented an engaging, paperless assessment centre day which included a dragon’s den exercise and an escape room, helping to promote the EVP while also preserving the integrity of the assessment process.
Sally discusses the outcomes that the new process has had on the M&S recruitment team and also shares how the candidates are finding the process. She also offers some tips on how to be able to implement the changes.
