Aon Hewitt Workday, a customer perspective Looking back at the journey from pre- to post-implementation Defining the roadmap Workday has been steadily emerging as the preferred HR software vendor over the past several years. According to CEO Aneel Bhusri, Workday's customer base, of more than 925 companies, have a 100% renewal rate. ¹ And momentum is building as they expand in two key areas: global companies and those operating outside of North America. 2 Business and HR leaders are intrigued by Workday and want to gain insight into its promised capabilities before replacing their existing systems. What they seek to understand is the real life experiences of other firms that have implemented the platform. Over the course of 2014 and 2015, Aon Hewitt completed an inquiry on Software as a Service (Saas) of which Workday was a part.
