Outcome Health uses Aon assessments to select top performing candidates

Find out how Aon supports Outcome Health in their talent recruitment. Firstly, the business that Outcome Health was trying to tackle was how to look at a high-volume pipeline of candidates and be more effective around the initial resumees selection piece. They found with account management roles specifically, resumes of even their top performers currently on the team were not satisfying. That essentially means the HR manager could be ruling out somebody who could be in the future the best contributing member of the team. That was problem number one. Number two was more around the interview process itself. The company started to see that incoming managers who had a lot of tenure in their respected industry, were kind of interjecting their view point into the process and in turn creating a lot of bias. Involving Aon in the process was a way for them to standardize questions but then those candidates they were putting in front of their business were more targeted and more aligned with the core set of responsibilities and characteristics they look for.
