Parks and Resorts improved volume recruitment with Aon

Build and reinforce your employer brand by focusing on the candidate experience: Parks and Resorts, which operates some of the biggest entertainment and theme parks in Scandinavia, faces the unusual challenge of having to recruit 2,200 seasonal workers each year, aged 16-18. To engage the right talent, support its employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience, the company developed a situational judgment questionnaire that assesses for its core values. Aon interviewed managers in the company to help develop workplace situations that were relevant and engaging. The resulting assessment has helped Parks and Resorts to cut the cost of recruitment and to more efficiently recruit right-fit candidates.
