Sorry, You Are Probably Not Getting a Raise Next Year

Companies are wary of allowing across-the board pay rises in the coming year and are instead concentrating on performance-related pay, an Aon survey of salary planning at 1,062 organizations has found. Ken Abosch, Strategy & Development Leader for the North American Broad-Based Compensation Practice for Aon Hewitt, explained that, despite low unemployment “organizations are expressing reservations about the years coming and, for the first time since the recession, are signaling doubt or uncertainty about what they think their performance will look like in the coming year.” Click here to read the full article.
